I have purchased many new cars over the years from many different dealerships. My experience purchasing my Pilot from Calgary Honda was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a new car. Kevin and Darren were fantastic to work with and made the entire experience painless. I can't stop raving to everyone about how great Calgary Honda is. Before deciding where to buy my Pilot, I visited other Honda dealerships. None of them even came close to Calgary Honda. I love my new Pilot!! Thanks guys!!
After test driving many SUV's, I was most pleased with the professional service provided by Katie Craft. Katie demonstrated an in depth knowledge of all the features of the CRV and compared those features with competitive vehicles. She was always very patient with me as it took me three months to make a decision.. Above all, I was never pressured but always supported in making the right choice for me.
Living outside of Calgary, I found my vehicle advertised online. Through dealing with Haley and Jeff over the phone and email, we did the entire sales process without me stepping foot into the dealership until I took delivery of the car. They were absolutely amazing to deal with both over the phone and in person. They went out of their way and worked hard to make the deal work. Upon arrival, the car was exceptional and was just as advertised. Nothing hidden, and no pressure from the sales team. Calgary Honda is one of the most professional, accomodating dealerships I have ever dealt with, and could not ask for a better vehicle purchasing experience. I highly recommend this dealership, and thank everyone I dealt with for their professionalism and courtesy.
Just bought a used (but near-new) '12 Fit. There were some initial challenges with an incorrect price being mistakenly advertised. However, we were able to come to a very reasonable compromise and the efforts by Haley Miller and the rest of the staff created significant goodwill. I would not hesitate to return for future purchases.
I bought my first car from Honda Calgary and it was an amazing experience the sales people were very understanding and supportive, I didn’t feel that they were trying to make a commission off me, genuine to my best interest helped me make the best decision for me. When the decision was made and chose my civic in the finance department they were friendly and helpful, they got me the best deal and I am loving my car, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who is thinking to get a car. My boyfriend went back to get his CRV from there as well.
Leased my first new car from Calgary Honda. The whole team was amazing, from my salesman Shad who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, to the finance team Vicki who explained everything clearly and helped with all my questions. I had car troubles (write off car) and had to purchase a new vehicle quickly. Randy was extremely helpful in my time of need. Communication was excellent. I had a short period of time to buy a car, and I visited a number of car dealers in a two week time frame. I was very specific about my needs. Several sales people showed me cars that were not even close to what I wanted, which was a total waste of my time. When I arrived at Calgary Honda, I was greeted by Abe. He really understood my needs, and in a short period of time, pin pointed a car that perfectly met my criteria. I purchased the car with the help of Abe, Haley and Melanie. Calgary Honda was by far the most professional dealership, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. The attention to detail was outstanding.
buying a car is a stressful experience but with Darren Zaleschuck and Katie Craft was quite the opposite of it. My wife and I were amazed on how both of them made it easy for us in purchasing our 2013 Honda CRV. This was our fifth time to buy a vehicle and we came out relaxed and not stressed. Vicki Marshall also provided good service in assisting us in our paper works. In the future, we will definitely be a return customer for Calgary Honda. Abe was very consistent with details and information regarding my decision to purchase this state of the art technology that meets my expectation. WOW! The purpose of our visit to Calgary Honda was to purchase new all-weather tires and we left as the proud owners of a beautiful 2013 Honda Pilot Touring Edition. We have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle. Every person that we met at the dealership was friendly and made us feel welcome. Matt, Team Leader, got us through our purchase with the efficiency and expertise of a pro. He was professional and patient; he explained everything in detail and made us feel like our time was valuable. There was no pressure in our negotiations with Matt and Glen, General Manager. It was a pleasure dealing with Melanie in the Finance Department. She made the usually tedious and endless paperwork involved in purchasing a vehicle quick and painless. The fact that Melanie registered our new vehicle for us saved us yet another step in the car buying process, and for this we were thankful and pleasantly surprised. I’m not sure if taking delivery of a new vehicle is supposed to be this much fun, but Katie was a delight and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of our new Pilot. She and Matt spent all the time we needed to show us how to use all of the toys in our new vehicle. To top it off, Katie even had our gas tank filled, so that when we left, we had no more stops to make. Best Vehicle Delivery Ever! I recently decided it was time to stop Zoom-zooming around and had a look at a Honda. I visited Honda Calgary on the 12th and picked up my new 2011 Honda CR-V yesterday. The salesman (Peter) and the business manager (Glen) were extremely helpful and courteous. As a result I am not only pleased with the vehicle but also with the process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of a change to get in touch with Peter at Honda Calgary.
The people at Honda Calgary have outstanding customer service skills! I dealt with Haley and Glen. Both were a pleasure to do business with. They both went out of there way to help me get the car that I wanted. Haley was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in, she was inetersted what I wanted in a vehicle and did her best to meet my expectations. I definitley will be returning to Honda Calgary to purchase my future vehicles!
