We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Katie at Calgary Honda on April 14, 2012. We were extremely impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the Nissan Rogue that we were looking at on behalf of our niece from Sherwood Park. Katie was very friendly and courteous and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, respected and valued as a customer even though we were not purchasing a vehicle for ourselves. The next time we are in the market for a vehicle, whether new or used, we will not hesitate in contacting Katie. We will not hesitate to refer any of our friends and family to Katie because we are confident that they will be treated well and will be given a very high level of customer service. Thank you, Katie. I recently decided it was time to stop Zoom-zooming around and had a look at a Honda. I visited Honda Calgary on the 12th and picked up my new 2011 Honda CR-V yesterday. The salesman (Peter) and the business manager (Glen) were extremely helpful and courteous. As a result I am not only pleased with the vehicle but also with the process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of a change to get in touch with Peter at Honda Calgary.
The people at Honda Calgary have outstanding customer service skills! I dealt with Haley and Glen. Both were a pleasure to do business with. They both went out of there way to help me get the car that I wanted. Haley was very knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in, she was inetersted what I wanted in a vehicle and did her best to meet my expectations. I definitley will be returning to Honda Calgary to purchase my future vehicles!
