It’s official, 2011 is gone and the New Year has arrived. There is an excitement in the air at Calgary Honda! The entire team is already hard at work to ensure 2012 will be an excellent year for the dealership and all our valued customers.

Everyone at Calgary Honda is extremely proud to say that the Honda Civic was the #1 selling car in Canada for the 14^th year in-a-row. This iconic, made in Canada vehicle is an important part of our model line up and we expect the Civic will continue its reign in 2012.  Be sure to keep an eye out for the new Civic SI performance model, HFP (Honda Factory Performance) coming this spring. Along with improved performance, the striking lines and personalized interior make a good thing even better. 

Looking forward, it’s going to be a jam-packed year. The 2012 Calgary Auto Show is only two short months away. Now in its 32^nd year, the show will feature the latest and greatest the automotive world has to offer and our representatives will be on-hand to speak about what Honda has in-store. The Auto Show takes place March 14-18 in the BMO Centre at Stampede Park.

The Calgary Honda Facebook Page  continues to grow and we’re eager to interact even further with our online community. If you haven’t Liked us on Facebook yet, give it a try. Calgary Honda and the entire Dilawri Automotive Group are passionate about automobiles and the people who drive them. For 2011/2012 we have brought the Passion for Excellence program back to inspire the city’s youth. This spring, Olympic medal winners Helen Upperton and Mellisa Hollingsworth will be visiting schools throughout the Calgary area to speak to students about the importance of pursuing dreams, overcoming obstacles and living healthy, active lives. This year, for the first time, the Passion for Excellence program will also include new high school grads. Helen or Mellisa will speak at the convocation at six local high schools.
