Lance assisted me in acquiring my new CR-V. He was pragmatic about my options and receptive to my ideas. He assisted me in getting a reasonable price on my trade-in. When an unexpected event occurred with the worldwide Honda site going down, Lance and his team kept me in the know with frequent updates and got me in my car the day they came back online. Excellent customer service.

Had a great experience at Honda. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to get air conditioning fixed and they found some other problems and they fixed them as well. Due to my lack of employment from COVID-19, they were very understanding and offered me a discount.
